TEFLON™ FEp

TEFLON™ FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene) is a copolymer of hexafluoropropylene and tetrafluoroethylene.

It can be described as a fluoropolymer resin having most of the excellent physical, chemical, and electrical properties of TEFLON™ PTFE fluoropolymer resin but with the ability to be processed using conventional thermoplastics processing equipment.

Product Benefits

End products of TEFLON® FEP are known for their excellent chemical resistance, superior electrical properties and high service temperatures of up to 200˙C (400˙F).

In addition, TEFLON® FEP provides outstanding low temperature toughness and unique flame resistance.

Plastic Profiles product line includes grade FEP100X and TE9302N in rod size 1/8” diameter to 6” diameter and sheet thickness 1/16” to 2”.
